Job summary

Curator Property Presentation Co. is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Property Cleaning Specialists to assist in preparing and maintaining properties during the real estate listing and marketing phase. This role focuses on ensuring that residential, commercial, and office properties remain clean, organised, and presentation-ready for property viewings, photography sessions, and inspections.

What you will be doing

Preparing properties for real estate viewings and inspections
Ensuring interiors and exterior areas maintain high presentation standards
Performing cleaning and presentation maintenance tasks
Conducting pre-viewing presentation checks
Maintaining organisation and cleanliness throughout the property
Reporting presentation issues or maintenance concerns
Assisting with light staging and presentation improvements where required
Keeping properties consistently viewing-ready during the marketing period

Position requirements

Strong attention to detail
