1. PURPOSE
Curator Property Presentation Co. (“Curator”, “we”, “us”) is committed to safeguarding Personal Information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) and applicable South African law. This notice explains how we collect, use, store, and protect Personal Information when you engage with our services, website, or MyCurator app.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Information, and to object to or restrict certain processing where permitted by law. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe your rights have been infringed.
4. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We process Personal Information only for legitimate business purposes, including onboarding, inspection scheduling, presentation planning, service delivery, communications, and compliance obligations. We collect only what is necessary and retain it for as long as required by law or operational needs.
5. SECURITY AND THIRD PARTIES
Curator implements technical and organizational safeguards to protect Personal Information. Where we use vetted third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing), they are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
6. CROSS-BORDER TRANSFERS
If Personal Information is transferred outside South Africa, we ensure appropriate protections are in place as required under POPIA.
